NOTICE: Highway 58 between Springer and Cimarron is now closed. Best detour: highway 505 through Maxwell to Highway 64, head South. All Cimarron businesses still open!

Besides using a private vehicle, these are some of the most common modes of transportation to Cimarron, New Mexico:
AIRLINES
- Albuquerque, New Mexico Airport
- Pueblo, Colorado Airport
- Colorado Springs, Colorado Airport
- Denver, Colorado Airport
TRAIN
Take a train to Denver or Raton. Note: There is no ticket agent in Raton, but the train does stop for ticketed passengers.
BUS
Go Greyhound! Note: There is no official bus stop in Cimarron, but passengers can pick up the bus by calling ahead and waiting near Highway 64. Or passengers can wait at the station in Raton, New Mexico.
Note: Cimarron has no taxi service.
