Property Description

Property is located in Raton, New Mexico which is approx. 40 miles northeast of Cimarron on Highway 64. Interstate 25 runs through Raton which is halfway between Albuquerque, NM and Denver, Colorado. The property consists of a ten unit motel building, a separate 1900 sq. ft. (approx.) living quarters and office and seven rental trailers situated on a 130’ x 250’ commercial lot. The main buildings were constructed in 1949 and are tile brick with stucco exterior. A pro-panel metal roof was installed on both buildings in 2000. There is a paved parking lot in front of the motel. Property has been owned by the same person since 1978, and has been immaculately maintained. Property is for sale so owner can retire.

 

Property includes the following:

10 Motel units (6 with 1 double bed and 4 with 2 double beds). Units have a central hot water heating system in addition to electric wall heaters. There are air conditioning units in each unit. Each unit has vintage solid oak western style furniture. There is cable TV and phones in each room.

7 Furnished rental trailers. There are 2-8’x35’, 2-10’x65’ and 3-12’x60’ trailers. Each has its’ own natural gas, phone and cable TV hook-up.

1 Approx. 1900 sq. ft. living quarters with office. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

1 Carport (approx. 20’x20’) which is attached to the house.
